antronix 2-mi-splitter has 2 – (-3.5dB) outs.my 3 way with 2 – (-7) and 1 -3.5 what cables go where?

2 m-splitter has 2 – (-3.5) the names out. are connected to my cable modem and my cable box. I have 3 in 1 cable service and high-speed digital phone. I would add another television. 3-Form has 2 – (-7 dB) to the ports and 1 – (-3.5dB) output port. How do I configure. What should I attach to the (-3.5dB)?

I want to connect the port of -3.5 dB to the cable modem. You do not want to cut the signal too. If you end up with a photo of snow on the TV, do not be surprised. Court signal
