What is the best and smallest handheld two way radio to the fullest extent?

I have 24 and have tried since I was two-way 9 years, but need help to investigate and find what would be the best handheld radio with the departure of most of watts.

Commercial radio laptops are more or less limited to 4 watts of power for UHF and VHF 5 Watt. The unlicensed radios are usually limited to 1 / 4 watt. You can not get any rank bass go hand in hand. The lower power and antenna limits the scope small. Depending on the ground (buildings, trees, water, hills, etc) you might get 5 miles or so. The unlicensed radios claim 1 mile, but rarely get here. You should use a repeater to increase the signal strength and rank. You can pay for the repeater access store 2-way radio. You can also become a ham and use a ham repeater. Kenwood radios are a good value. Motorola is good, but tends to be expensive. Icom is also a good brand. There are many other brands available.
