Can I connect more than one DIRECTV receiver?

Currently I have directv in my living room. There are two dual satellite dishes outside. I wonder if possible if I can get another DirecTV receiver box to another room in the house with independent programming. There are enough companies to hook up the stairs I could connect more things to it. But how could I do this? I just want a simple receiver, so I can see on other television without the same channal on TV. I TIVO Directv so get with 2 outputs watching a recording of two separate channels simultaneously. I just want this one out. How I can do this? Please help me .. Thanks!

Yes you can have more than one receiver. I currently have two … one in the lounge and other in the bedroom. Cost me an extra $ 5.99 per month to operate the extra. Of course we shared the cost for the additional receiver too, but after his only a few dollars more per month. As I said above, where I live its 5.99 months for each additional receiver.
