Does anyone know what exactly is different between calbe digital TV and IPTV?

I understand IPTV is in charge of telecommunications companies, television digital cable, while it is operated by cable companies. But beyond that, they seem to be quite similar.

You're right, are very similar. IPTV or Internet Protocol Television, requires an Internet connection (usually broadband). Cable TV requires a cable connection. The main difference is the method of suppliers and service delivery. IPTV is delivered through the technologies used for computer networks. Cable TV is delivered via traditional cabling.
