Satellite programmers please help.?

I am having many problems trying to put the files on my satellite receiver. I've been trying for three weeks with no luck. I am obviously a beginner, but very good with computers. I get the roll of the auto-program my Pansat receiver and also requires the "gTool STB Updater" program, but once you add the file to autoroll update does not show progress, I follow all the steps right but I get no results. Such I might not decompress the file properly? once the download is sent to WinZip or WinRAR and then extract it to your desktop. I am very frustrated and 27 weeks pregnant! lol no is a good combo. If it can be of any help, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks for your time.

or port on the computer is not responding.or the cable is not good. try to change port … cable.i or think you need a strait through cable rs32 … but I do not know Pansat model you own. anyway go to f2atv.com open an account is set under free.and Pansat section.and people will gladly help you there.
