How I can connect my DVD player, dual tuner DVR cable box and an A / V receiver to my HDTV?

I have a tuner Comcast DVR twice a Vizio HDTV, Panasonic DVD / VCR and a Kenwood AV receiver How I can connect them all together? Are now all connected separately to the TV so it is impossible to establish the video on the screen and I can not get the A / V receiver to work only with television.
