In my contract says I can not have a satellite in my building. can legally say that? anyway around it?

I was wondering if anyone has used its satellite on a tripod. I'm trying to get around putting it in my building. Because it says in the lease. But I was reading the rules of FCC saying that they can not do that. Has anyone had this problem and has been able to get around it / So could you just put the stick in the ground, then?
