In my contract says I can not have a satellite in my building. can legally say that? anyway around it?

I was wondering if anyone has used its satellite on a tripod. I'm trying to get around putting it in my building. Because it says in the lease. But I was reading the rules of FCC saying that they can not do that. Has anyone had this problem and has been able to get around it / So could you just put the stick in the ground, then? I'm trying to get around the rule in the lease. I do not like the local cable provider at all. have horrible reception. So I should ask the owner first? I would also like to know where I can say. Because I live in an apartment attached. Has four connected houses. And they have balconies. We have a frontal area of the ground floor with a canopy over it.
