B & Q horizon?

I bought a satellite system of B & Q, the "kit of the horizon." Basically for the people have no knowledge of this, is a satellite system to pick up the FTA channels. I can access the Hotbird satellite channels, but can not get anything out of the Astra, which is where all channels are BBC and ITV! Can someone please suggest something! Greetings

It seems as if the dish you are using is pointing to the satellite wrong. You must set a point on the satellite for the BBC and ITV use is at 28.2 east. Check out the dishes to the residents of the house of his – you can give an idea of what to do Tim. Regards,
