B & Q horizon?

I bought a satellite system of B & Q, the "kit of the horizon." Basically for the people have no knowledge of this, is a satellite system to pick up the FTA channels. I can access the Hotbird satellite channels, but can not get anything out of the Astra, which is where all channels are BBC and ITV! Can someone please suggest something! Greetings
