It's just a warning CMOS (the component that stores the information in your BIOS) battery is running low on power, dude. You will have to replace it. I can not say I did not know that certain motherboard you have, but more likely a CR2032 battery type. Components are relatively inexpensive, costing only a pound or two [a few dollars, if you are] American, and are easy to change. Definitely no need to take a computer store, where more than likely be charged an astronomical sum for less than two minutes of work. (Try a local independent computer store if you do not feel confident to open its case. They can even do it for nothing if you buy battery of them.)
