How to replace the cables in the garage door?

Ok I have a Henderson garage door with two cones on each side. These cones are grooved with channels where to locate cables. These cones secure the axis through the spring torque through a pin. These cones only move when the door the garage is open or closed, as are secured to the shaft, so that they are not spring. There is a gear wheel on each side of the garage door that runs on a track. The cable is connected to them. I had to remove the cable from one side to replace the gear shaft and managed to remove the cable and reassemble without any work? Without But I have to replace the cone of how difficult the job is this? Is it just a case of nullification of the old roll pin and installing the new cone back into the same place? Any help please preferbly before doing the work there is nothing in the net about this? but then again it is always the road. If you have a damaged electric door for choice. Help please someone who has already doin this
