"I can use a coaxial cable instead of speaker wires?

+ I have 25-foot cable runs and I am using RG-6 coaxial cable of four. Is there anything wrong with that? what may be the complications?

Depends on the thickness of copper coaxial cable – except the plastic housing. The speaker cable is not why be sheilded as coaxial ago … but this is not the problem. If the coaxial cable is too thin, then there will be a good choice for speaker wire – it can cause impedance too much unnecessary.
