How I can wire 2 lamps with a power switch in the switch?
I originally had the power to run a light switch and then another a lamp cord. I spliced the lamp will so I could add a second lamp. I connected all three blacks together, all together and 3 egg whites of the 3 grounds together, but when I turned the switch back on, the switch to explode. How I can make this setup work?
Never replace the switch with a larger (15 to 20, etc.) This is not only stupid, but a huge fire hazard.
