Switch Dishnetwork
I have a DishNetwork DVR and I record programs on VHS tapes DVR with a Toshiba DVD / VHS player / recorder?

I have a Toshiba DVD / VHS Player / Recorder and I want to record my VHS tapes Onton DVR shows on my Dish Network DVR. I have only a composite cable (red, white, yellow), and DVR and VCR are on the same channel (3). I'm not sure that the DVR and VCR are connected to each other in the right way, because when I play one event and try DVR recording, the VHS recorder White only shows a "No Signal" on screen. I have to get the VCR to record what the DVR is showing. I have the composite cable that goes from my DVR to the "input" in the back of the VCR. My TV works for me to switch from TV to AV, TV where you can see my DVR and AV where I can see my video, so I want to be able to register my DVR using my VCR

Does your DVR has an RF output jack (coaxial F-connector, such as antenna input on your TV)? Mine has and outputs analog channel 3 or 4, as a simple converter box. You can connect the connector to the antenna jack of the VCR, put the video permanently in the channel 3 (or 4), and anything on record that the DVR is. Just set the DVR to the desired channel and leave it there, and set your VCR for the desired time for your records. can verify it works by connecting an analog TV to your VCR output while connected to your DVR as above. The VCR turns off (Passing through the antenna mode). Set your TV to channel 3 (O 4) and find a picture. If it's good on TV, it will be good in the video when the timer lights.
