No, satellite signal cables (which range from the antenna to the receiver box) are more complex than other types of cables and simply can not be divided. Use something called a switch to it, but …. In addition, computer video capture card is not equipped to handle the type of signal coming from your satellite dish. Depending on the card may be able to handle a TV antenna input or cable television, but I've never heard of one that can handle a signal from DISH Network (Which is specific to that system.) Your only option as far as I know it would split the signals coming OUT of the box plate and see if your video card can take such entry.
