Safe to put a separator in the satellite receiver?
I have satellite TV and the second receiver that connects to almost never gets used. Is it safe to put a 2 way splitter on the cable television and plug one end into the cable TV wiring in old house in order get the TV in another room without running wires? Or the satellite receiver, because the harm will send a signal throughout the house? I have checked the cable on the outside of the house from the street and not connected to anything.
