It is a work digital satellite multiswitch?

I have an old DirecTV signal double round dish with a multiswitch 5×8 configuration Terk, so I have two dual tuner DVR and two receivers connected to the same basis (setup by myself) so that leaves two more basic receivers or a single receiver with dual inputs. I want to upgrade to digital satellite I know it will sell to me with a professional installer goes digital.
