What to do with a petri dish?
I have a Easygel Coliscan Water test kit and the instructions say that after pouring the agar in petri dish, incubate. The website says to turn it upside down (after it has set) and incubated. What should I do?
I'm not familiar with the game, but when incubating inoculated plates, which are always placed face down (with the top agar) condensationwon't drip culture.
