Directv dish is going to pick as strong a signal to the FTA channels as any other dish?
I recently got a receiver and we had an old Directv dish. I was thinking of buying one of those dishes Ellipitical Quad LNB. You can pick up on channels 110 and 119, yet I wondered if more would come if he had a dish better. I've heard that Directv dishes are not as good as other dishes. Is this true? I really only need 110 to 119 so is that going to work better with an new dish? Any recommendations would be appreciated. I am a total rookie in this.
Dish Pro 500 with a dual LNB is the way forward. Gets all the channels 110 and 119.
