Fortec beta is compatible with digital FTA receiver lnb monoblock?
HI I wonder if NE1 can help I have a Fortec Beta receiver and dish 80 cm to 19.2 this – is anyone know if my current LNB could be replaced by a monoblock lnb, the second not be aligned for this Hotbird 13? I wonder if my particular receptor, can support two LNBs basically … cheers people
Yes, it will as it supports DiSEqC 1.2. The dish of 80 cm is the minimum size for a monbloc LNB so you should be fine. You can find a form of satellites useful when aligning your dish, because the approach can not be the same every time you change your LNB. You want the principal on Hotbird and the second focused on the Astra. Set antennas 1-2 to Hotbird and Astra. You can check each one covering the LNB, as well with a damp cloth. see happy.
