If you want to try it same – look at the plate and find where the cables go to the connector. There will probably be 3 or 4 down and 2 or 3 out of entering the house with 1 empty. You go buy a cable and run back and do it well. I think doing it this way solely in order to save time in the initial installation. They suck.
