"I can use a converter box w / DVR and drop my satellite?
I wonder if it is possible to buy a converter box with a DVR without subscribe to a service like DirecTV?
There are DVRs that come with the new digital tuner in them, and do not require a service contract. However, we still need to have a TV source for these – or other – DVR – whether by satellite, cable or satellite. In addition, these DVR not downloaded a TV show, so Its functionality is limited to that of an old-fashioned VCR.
