2-1 LBN in the satellite receiver?
I have two plates towards each other towards Astra and Hot Bird. At the moment I have to screw, one or the other antenna cables then change the satellite with the green) button (. Question: How do I have to change the physical Sat (with green button) could simply splicing the two wires with electrical tape, then plug it into my LBN / in on my receiver … or something that would f *** up? I know I could buy a Diseqc and do it properly, but for now all I can afford is electrical tape and a little antenna cable !!!!! I have a XTSC-520 Xtreme Satellite and Terrestrial receptor *
receiver actually changes the tension on the Sat cable when you are changing channels. If you connect the two wires together that wouldnt be good I guess:) What is suggested if you can not spend on a DiSEqC to try to get a splitter with a switch built in. You can connect up to two antennas for his two entries and connect its output of a receiver and then change the plates with a switch on it. I'm not sure this device there, but I suppose to work in theory. If there intend or can not afford to build one. A few connectors, some cables, a switch and some welding .. Shouldn't cost more than a few scarves Maplin.
