Directv universal remotes do not have a code for a home theater system RCA RT2380BK?
I recently purchased a Directv system and have scheduled all components to operate the universal remote control that came with each. RT2380BK I have an RCA home theater system and can not seem to find the code or selection appropriate menu for this. No TV, DVD, VCR, and optional Directv receivers, but no home theater or surround sound. If anyone knows please tell me. I even tried contact RCA Directv and are unrelated to my question. They did design and program, but have no idea what I'm trying to achieve. All I want is for my "Command universal remote "to turn the volume up and down in my home theater system? Anyone ?????
