Do all apartment complexes that allow you to have a satellite dish?
I activate my DIRECTV service, but I have just found out to post. I just received approval of a wonderful apartment and paid the security deposit, but then I discovered that do not allow satellite dishes. We call to directv and they said they would still have to pay $ 300 cancellation fee even though its not our choice, to cancel, that is not the owner dishes. Directv said something that legally have to let you bring a dish. Any information or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
No, you have different standard apt on different dish, you should have checked before signing the lease. However, it is very nice that Direct TV makes you pay for the cancellation despite that did not install anything. Try to call and talk to another representative or responsible for that.
