how to connect a discriminator?
I called my satellite provider to record two programs at once and was told I needed a discriminator. I have 2 "satellite" inputs the bottom of my box and tried to connect, but I think I'm missing a step. Any help would be great.
This is not a discriminator function. In order to record two programs at the same time you need a receiver with two tuners. A diplexer is used to send two signals through a cable line.
