"I can use a converter box to demodulate coax into composite (RCA) signals?
I have basic cable and I have a device that lets me RCA signals to get on my computer and record them. "I can use a converter box to receive input and output coaxial compound capable of recording on my computer? Note: It would still be an analog signal (do not know whether the converter box receives digital signals strictly only) Any idea is appreciated.
There are three issues.!) That the converter box to recognize the signals on the cable channels. I'm pretty sure that at least some of the way back between the channels assigned to more than emissions of air and cable channels. So maybe. 2) The converter boxes are only over the air channel 69. Therefore, if you receive channels above that, not I can work for them. 3) Some boxes have "analog pass through." But, for example, analog pass through is only available on my converter box when the converter is off. It passes the signal through the antenna out, not the RCA connectors (from off). The picture definitely would do what they propose to digital broadcasts over the air.
